Shipping
Every order ships with tracking and is packed to protect graded slabs and raw cards in transit. Orders over $150 ship free and fully insured. Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Cards are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Packaging
Graded slabs are secured in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or boxes. Raw cards ship in penny sleeves, top loaders, and team bags with cushioning appropriate to the value of the card.
Returns
We want you confident in every purchase. If a card arrives not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because card values fluctuate with the market, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or price changes.
Lost or damaged in transit
Insured orders are covered against loss and damage. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, reach out right away and we'll open a claim and resolve it with you.
